The Pilot is not a project, its a path towards ephipany different from any other options around (whether DIY or agency).
 
In the Workshop or Bottega, the Artist, the Patron and the Apprentices interact; analyse, talk, reason, experiment, change discover in order to "customize" the project according to the real needs and resources of the client. The focus is not the completing a project but making the Patron fully aware of the road ahead. In Bottega, the project that is being developed changes its shape since the initial assessment phase, because work and ideas are driven by the data.
 
So you can enter the Workshop even if you don't have yet a clear idea of how to move around. And how could you; you simply do a different job, don't you?
 
The Workshop aims at helping the Patron to be aware, to understand methodologies, mechanisms and tools that are necessary to measure the performance of his/her investments (data-driven approach).  Joining the mechanism is fundamental to ensure scalability in the medium term.
 
A Patron without this "mindset", who is not interested in really experiencing this "transformation", but who only wants to delegate it externally and being guided by opinions or instincts, can already rely on hundreds of agencies in the territory to carry out this function. We, ourselves, have Guanxi and ICT Sviluppo to offer just that. In the Pilot the process is completely different; ultimately you will be the one telling the agency exactly what you need.

How long does it last and how does it develop?
This Inbound Marketing path for Lead Generation develops in 42 days, starting from an initial assessment phase, taking you to the strategic definition of your project. Then you can decide to get an extra 42 days to get up to the preparation of all processes, contents and campaigns needed to launch the activities. Minimum package 42 days, maximum 3 months.

What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the first 42 days we sall carry on a thorugh initial Assessment, the AS-IS processes are studied and the current performance is being analyzed. Then we move on to defining the strategy and the TO-BE processes. This shall help you understanding exactly what the Project implies for you in terms of skills, resources and expectable ROI. including support for asset configuration on Hubspot.  creation of landing pages, workflow marketing automation set-up in DEMO mode. 
 
In which way is the Patron involved?
Every 14 days the Patron receives a Work Progress Report (SAL - Stato Avanzamento Lavori) on the status of the progress regarding the project, and discusses with the Artist about the strategic directions and the choices to undertake.

How long does it last and how does it develop?
The Assessment & Strategy project is developed in 3 months, starting from an initial assessment phase up to the preparation of all processes, contents and campaigns needed to launch the activities. 
 
What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the initial Assessment, the AS-IS processes are studied and current performance is being analyzed, as well as a number of competitors reported by the Patrons. The nature of the project includes a focus on SEO activities. Then we move on to the definition of the strategy, the TO-BE processes and the specification of products/services with the optimisation of the related content according to the JOB-TO-BE-DONE (JTBD). Finally, we deal with the configuration of all the assets: from the tracking system set on the objectives, events programmed in Hubspot up to the completion of the Flywheel set-up.
 
In which way is the Patron involved?
Every 14 days the Patron receives a Work Progress Report (SAL - Stato Avanzamento Lavori) on the progress of the project, and discusses with the Artist the strategic directions and the choices to undertake.

How long does it last and how does it develop?
This E-commerce project is developed in 3 months, starting from an initial assessment phase to the preparation of all processes, contents and campaigns needed to launch the activities.
 
What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the initial assessment we study the AS-IS processes and analyze the current performance (if the e-commerce already exists). Also in this phase we analyze the product catalogue, the online competition (i.e. Amazon, E-Bay, other marketplace) and check some competitors reported by the Patron, others that emerge from our analysis. Then we move on to the definition of the TO-BE strategy and processes, the definition of better distribution channels, the development or improvement of the product catalogue, identification of potential distribution partners, and pricing analysis (positioning). Finally, we deal with the configuration of assets. Opening of Seller, Shop or other channels with related setup, catalogue uploading, content optimization (keyword) in DEMO mode (closed channels).

This project takes 3 months, from an initial assessment phase to the preparation of all processes, contents and campaigns needed to launch the activities.
 
What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the initial assessment we study the AS-IS processes, analyzing current performance and identifying the first critical issues by presenting initial solutions. This activity is also carried out through the "interview" of key personnel by mapping existing sales processes (pipeline). Then we move on to give support for the configuration of the assets in Hubspot. All available data feeds will be analyzed (ERP extraction, excel, email, custom CRM). Finally the definition, configuration and implementation of TO-BE processes in DEMO environment. To conclude: the Customer/Buyer lifecycle is defined (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunities, Customer).

What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the initial assessment we study the AS-IS processes where positioning, resources and objectives are being analyzed to define the most suitable crowdfunding solution. Then we move on to define the TO-BE processes and give support for strategy development. Existing "crowd" analysis to focus on and the definition of audience segments, localization and profiling are the activities carried out in this phase.
Finally, we deal with the setting-up and implementation of the strategy, configuration of company assets, content optimization, workflow creation to activate the campaign.

What exactly do they develop in Bottega?
In the initial assessment, the AS-IS processes are studied such as the current performance and methods used by the client and some competitors reported by the Patron. Then we move on to the definition of the TO-BE processes. Depending on the area, MOOC - Massive Open Online Courses - can be designed for reskilling or attraction goals, governance templates for Company Pages, Employer Branding and procedures (responsiveness) are being developed. Finally, the company assets are configured on LinkedIn, Indeed, Professional Profiles, Talent marketplaces, Social recruiting, Employer Brand Campaign and automation workflows are set up in DEMO mode.
